Angela Kutlik

With over 20 years of experience in talent development, program design, facilitation, behavioral and personality assessment, Angela is passionate about inspiring leaders’ personal and professional growth though coaching. With deep expertise in success profile design, competency modeling and psychometric assessment certifications, she guides leaders along their development journey with engaging meeting/training facilitation, coaching, insightful assessment feedback, and action planning. She was a founding board member of ATD SF East Bay Chapter, and President of ASTD Mt. Diablo Chapter.

Angie grew up in Montreal, Canada and moved to the Bay Area, California just after high school, where she met her husband of almost 40 years, has two great kids and two beautiful grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys playing trivia and learn about cultures of other countries.
